Her strengths include marketing strategy and content development. She provides design direction and oversight on all projects. Susan began her career in Marketing Research at Fidelity Investments. As a marketing product manager, she launched the first Fidelity Credit Card. In her role as Marketing Communications Manager, she produced a daily Marketing Bulletin for Fidelity’s nationwide team of telephone representatives. Susan received her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, Boston, MA and earned a BA in Economics from Albion College, Albion, MI.
