    Susan is the founder and Principal of Marketing Matters. Her focus is to help firms harness the power of digital marketing to build deeper client relationships and grow assets under management. Her strengths include marketing strategy and content development. She provides design direction and oversight on all projects. Susan began her career in Marketing Research at Fidelity Investments. As a marketing product manager, she launched the first Fidelity Credit Card. In her role as Marketing Communications Manager, she produced a daily Marketing Bulletin for Fidelity’s nationwide team of telephone representatives. Susan received her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, Boston, MA and earned a BA in Economics from Albion College, Albion, MI.

    Al Block

    After 10 years in marketing at Fidelity Investments and receiving his MBA from Boston University, Al joined Marketing Matters as Principal. His focus is to help organizations identify, develop and implement marketing programs to grow and retain assets in a streamlined, cost effective environment. Al’s strengths include competitive analysis and marketing programs to help clients capitalize on their unique differentiators in light of the changing competitive and legislative landscape in financial services.
